It will be stopped the 6th of March 2010 to free up the money for other uses. Here is a quote from wikipedia:

"On January 4, 2008 it was announced that the prize would be discontinued on March 6, 2010 in order to free the money for other uses. In the meantime, claimants are welcome to vie for it. One of the reasons offered for its discontinuation is the unwillingness of higher profile claimants to apply."

If you chose to respond again, please try and come up with some arguments that have a chance to hold.rasmussenandershttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18094631016209971125noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-562680309009676006.post-39045195078891651732008-05-02T06:45:00.000+01:002008-05-02T06:45:00.000+01:00http://www.rock-explosion.com/images/finger.jpgFor...http://www.rock-explosion.com/images/finger.jpg

For Dawkins and Randi and the rest of the so-called "critical thinkers"...

The *MODEL* of mental health:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zBEbfiaZTfc

"Look at the ANGLE OF THE KEY....see that, see that...."

what a fucking idiot this Randi is.....a REAL CRITICAL THINKER.....

Visit:

http://www.centerforinquiry.net/forums/viewthread/3283/P0/

to see how we stopped James Randi's fraudulent MILLION DOLLAR PARANORMAL challenge.....

watch carefully the consequences of Randi's *idea*…..

For over 40 years James Randi Zwigert (is this even a REAL NAME?) has had total control over who and how the testing was conducted, yet despite all this he has terminated the challenge.

The ONLY REASON why the challenge was stopped is because he lost and refused to pay.

PS: Love the IRONY of the BULLSHI*T sign over Randi's ugly little headAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-562680309009676006.post-77224893621941988002007-10-03T10:39:00.000+01:002007-10-03T10:39:00.000+01:00I think that in this case you would be wise to tru...I think that in this case you would be wise to trust wikipedia. But I thought you might find it interesting that wikipedia says he was born in 1928, which wouldn't make him 81 until 2009. I'm not implying that their information is more accurate or reliable than yours, just stating that it is different than your information. I thought you might find that interesting and maybe even elaborate on how you came to believe he is turnung 81 (in 2007). That isn't a challenge or anything of the sort, I am just genuinely interested in what age he really is (misinformation naggs at me whether here or there). Anyways, as i said great article. I also think that extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence, and claiming there is a miracle certainly is an extraordinary claim.

Can you still go and see the Zeitoun miracle, if not, why not?

Could the miracle be a result of natural phenomenons that we have simply not thought about before.

Is ther any type of test which could show that it really is a supernatural phenomenon.

These are some of the questions that I ask myself when I read about miracles that have been observed by a large number of people.
